  on Friday, November 18 at IBM Almaden Research Center. This event is 
 an ongoing partnership between Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Califo
 rnia Energy Commission, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Thi
 s year's event will feature case studies, expert speakers, and worksho
 ps on best practices and emerging technologies for data center efficie
 ncy and green IT. \nAt this event attended approximately by 500 peopl
 e each year, data center operators will present case studies on their 
 efficiency projects as well as sharing actual results and ROI figures.
  Presentations cover both IT optimization and facilities related energ
 y efficiency improvements that increase data center efficiency.\nThere
