 ed by Dell Computer and co-hosted by Oakton Community College and the 
 Workforce Board of Northern Cook County will announce the formation of
  a Center of Excellence in Manufacturing at Oakton.  The Center will 
 be part of a High Performance Computing Innovation Cluster that seeks 
 to deliver HPC capability to SMB as well as governmental and nonprofit
  organizations using a cloud platform.  The Cluster will also provide
  training to students in the use of HPC and assist out of work IT prof
 essionals to prepare to enter this emerging market. The event’s keyn
