 tified Data Centre Risk Professional) course.\n\nThis course has been 
 developed due to the strong demand of data centre professionals who un
 til now did not have a clear understanding of how to analyse the risk 
 for their data centre and IT environment. In today’s environment, or
 ganizations that have built hi-availability data centres (Tier-3 / Tie
 r-4) have often done so based on ‘the gut feeling’ whereas instead
  a compelling risk analysis would have properly informed them on the c
 ost/benefit analysis to justify the investment. In today’s market wh
 ere budgets are tight and where risks for downtime are increasingly a 
 real threat to the business it is of utmost importance to have a prope
 r risk profile in place which allows for adequate investments (without
  overspending) to be made to mitigate the risks to acceptable levels t
 o the business. The CDRP course is giving students a methodology for p
 reparing a proper risk profile and mitigation plan which can be presen
 ted to the senior management in order to make appropriate business inv
