 \nIntroduction\n \nIn the 2011-12 Policy Address and the 2012-13 Budg
 et, the Government will thoroughly support the conversion of industria
 l buildings into data centers and the accommodation of data centers in
  Tseung Kwan O which attract capital investment from global institutio
 ns. SOE, who expertizes in mission critical facility / services, suppo
 rts the policy and first launches a comprehensive program for Green Da
 ta Centre in Hong Kong.\n \nThe certified program provides a technica
 l knowledge and “green theory” for engineers who are involved in c
 reating sustainable and energy efficient data centre (E&M) / plants or
  exploiting the role of telecommunication in helping deliver green ope
 ration and business practices to other areas of organization such as T
 endering & Procurement. It also introduces other efficiency metrics an
 d international standards such as PUE/DCiE (The Green Grid Energy Meas
 uring Tools), Carbon Footprint, TPL accounting, end-to-end life cycle
