i'm searching to the internet i never see the guidance to design the data center.

LotusGreenDataCenters.com is a site for publishing "open hardware" data center designs. There are no designs for consoles there, but you are welcome to publish there, if you develop your own, or link to ones that are published elsewhere.

You're looking for a "NOC" design. Network Operations Center. Search for this term and you will run accross a few companies that make furniture for them and will have a couple of 3D design views. Typically a lot of glass looking into the data center from a line of operators' desks with large displays above the window. That's what we ended up with anyway.
