What sets us apart is the Rackwise Financial Analysis, which enables our customers to achieve an actual hard dollar operational cost savings and return on their investment.

We also have the ability to sort devices by: power consumption, space (rack unit) and CPU utilization, allowing users to identify opportunities for improvement. That information is used to calculate the operational savings from an equipment consolidation project in terms of power and space.

The Rackwise Cost Savings Analysis is a report of the net savings between old equipment and replacement or virtualized hardware, which includes: the total capital expense, the project break even and the operational savings in terms of power and space based on your cost per kilowatt and cost per rack unit.

At a minimum, our customers yield a 10% savings in power and space, equating to approximately $75K in energy per year, per 100 racks using a 5kW per rack average and $0.09 per kilowatt energy cost.
