Looks like a change from the raised floor to the suspended ceiling grid. Do we just move the problems with cabling, room height etc. from under the floor to below the ceiling?

Probably technicians and other folk will work between the rack rows, at the front or rear side of the racks. This area seems not be viewable from the current position of the camera at the ends of the rack rows. So what is the purpose of the camera?
