We've collectively been in the executive search business for 30+ years and the last 10+ have been focused in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Facility / Energy Management across many industries. More recently, our focus has narrowed to critical facilities, primarily data centers and healthcare.
We're excited about the data center space because of the immaturity of the market relative to the long term growth and demand for uniquely qualified talent.
