My firm, T5 Partners, LLC is developing two data center shells outside of Charlotte NC - thought I'd make you aware of this in case AT&T has a future need - perhaps you could forward my info to the right people in your org. We build the shells in strategic locations meeting data center users' criteria for the site selection and then sell or lease the facilities to the end-user. This allows the end-user to design the interior according to his exact specs on density, redundancy, etc with complete control - we are not a colo operator.
Our sites re in the Duke Energy footprint with costs or $0.0392/kwh and generation that is 50% nuclear for reduced carbon emissions. We have completed the due diligence on these sites and are happy to share with you or your team including: robust/diverse power, multiple fiber solutions, reduced taxes, incentives, dual water sources, etc.
