- Stepped into my first data center in February of 1982. In 10 years working for Dell I stepped in hundreds of customer spaces and provided them with ways to get more out of what they had, operate it for less or squeeze more into it without catching the place on fire.
I am passionate about providing operations folks with ways to eliminate their problems and ensure they stay eliminated by helping them to understand how the space was designed to operate and helping them to set reasonable expectations for its performance.
