My firm, T5 Partners, LLC is developing two data center shells outside of Charlotte NC - thought I'd make you aware of this in case you have some clients who might consider these sites for future data center operations - regardless, you should be aware of them as they are in your backyard. We build the shells in strategic locations meeting data center users' criteria for the site selection and then sell or lease the facilities to the end-user. This allows the end-user to design the interior according to his exact specs on density, redundancy, etc with complete control - we are not a colo operator.
Our sites re in the Duke Energy footprint with costs or $0.0392/kwh and generation that is 50% nuclear for reduced carbon emissions. We have completed the due diligence on these sites and are happy to share with you or your team including: robust/diverse power, multiple fiber solutions, reduced taxes, incentives, dual water sources, etc.
