Relevant qualifications & certifications (Please list certification authority + dates): I have been apart of FirstMed's team for nine years. I have been in my current position for the past three years. FirstMed specializes in Occupational Medicine. We provide services that range from Drug Testing, DOT Physical Exams, Respirator Fit Testing & Exams, Audiogram (hearing tests) and On the Job Injury Care. We are the only facility(s) in Salt Lake City, Utah that staff's a board certified occupational medicine doctor and FirstMed also staff's an in house MRO (Medical Review Officer). I am continuing my education beginning Spring 2011 at the University of Utah where I will work towards my bachelor's degree in Business Management.
