I am an IT Business Services Consultant and have spent the last 26 years supporting Data Centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My responsibilities covered data center facilities operations management, vendor management for facilities, hardware, and IT solutions teams, IT solutions design, product selection, deployment engineering, and project management. I have effectively managed many data center initiatives, including contract and resource based solutions, which have improved the vendor delivery models, the operating efficiencies of the IT hardware install base, and the data center’s HVAC and electrical delivery systems, ‘GREEN’ initiatives.
With 26 years of experience working within the IT field, I have accumulated a wealth of technical and business management knowledge, drawing from proven management abilities and intuitive engineering skills to resolve complicated and potentially explosive situations effectively and expeditiously for both the IT physical layer and within the data center facilities environment. A major strength has been my ability to effectively interface between executive management teams and the facilities, hardware, and infrastructure delivery teams supporting the data centers.
The first 12 years of my career in the IT industry I supported many manufactures products as a hardware support technician and earned credentials from IBM, HP, Dell, Compaq, DEC, StorageTek, Cisco, and others.
