I have a good spread of skills and have many years experience as a technical support manager, for OpenVMS and various other OS/Infrastructures. I have always worked within the Data Center environment and most recently have worked with Controls and ITIL process management. During 2008 we established ISO27001 creditation for the EMEA regional Data Centers.
