Deep Experience in management of our entire infrastructure (IT) datacenter in large companies. Infrastructure projects (planning and management - Coordination: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Procurement of Goods and Services, Communications and Risks).

Contract management of suppliers involved with the operation of Datacentres outsouring and contracts with external customers;

Managing external customers hosted in data centers (in hosting and colocation) acting in monitoring levels of service, after sales and expansion of the base.

Capacity planning studies of infra depending on business demands.

Facilities Management area, coordinating teams in the works of new data centers and maintain those processes in: Control of humidity and temperature (hot and cold aisles), Ar_refrigerado Systems, Chiller, selves, Fan Coils, Centrifugal, Salas Battery, water towers, Generators, PDUs and structure of electrical controls and implementation of projects Cabling. Installation of security systems and access control (CCTV, porta_eclusa, etc.), fire system (VESDA).

Implementation of various SLAS, Elaboration of Changes, Tasks, Diary, procedures and documentation in general.

Implementation success story in IT governance based on ITIL processes involving the design and choice of vendors (tools and change management).

Assembly process for the supply of infrastructure with focus on reducing the deployment time.

Budget management (control of OPEX and CAPEX.)

Capacity planning of the physical infrastructure supporting the strategic planning.

Adequacy of IT processes SOX and SAS70.
