I wanted to contact you and see if Chevron has any interest in becoming a SSAE 16 compliant data center. As you may know SAS 70 is transitioning to SSAE 16, and the New Standards will require changes to data center reports and reporting processes.
I specialize in working with data centers / co-location that are looking to deploy the SAS 70 / SSAE 16 Type I / II audit process within their company by preparing the documents, developing the processes and training your team. I also work hand and hand with the SAS 70 / SSAE 16 CPA firm to resolve any issues before they appear in a report.
If I can be of service to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you

Thanks for giving me your time, and for your referral of your consultant contact. Much appreciated.
Are you able to accept my invite as a contact? Robert Schmidt had problems, and had to send an invite to me, for my acceptance. I am wondering whether there is a problem of some sort...
Rod,
My firm, T5 Partners, LLC is developing two data center shells outside of Charlotte NC. We build the shells in strategic locations meeting data center users' criteria for the site selection and then sell or lease the facilities to the end-user. This allows the end-user to design the interior according to his exact specs on density, redundancy, etc with complete control - we are not a colo operator.
Our sites are in the Duke Energy footprint with costs or $0.0392/kwh and generation that is 50% nuclear for reduced carbon emissions. We have completed the due diligence on these sites and are happy to share with you or your team including: robust/diverse power, multiple fiber solutions, reduced taxes, incentives, dual water sources, etc.
We can arrange financing of the entire build as well for certain credit users. I simply want to get you/Chevron familiar with our two properties in case there are future needs that might fit in them. Please email me directly at jchartrand@ t5-mcf.com or call 404.993.5996 and I'll send you more details.
Thanks,
Jason
Just a moment to introduce myself, and to ask whether Max Heffler is an associate of yours. Max and I were seated together on the return flight from VMworld '08, and I have to say, Max is a really decent guy.
Mind if I add you as a friend?
Thanks,
Brady Lambert
