My firm, T5 Partners, LLC is developing two data center shells outside of Charlotte NC. We build the shells in strategic locations meeting data center users' criteria for the site selection and then sell or lease the facilities to the end-user. This allows the end-user to design the interior according to his exact specs on density, redundancy, etc with complete control - we are not a colo operator.
Our sites are in the Duke Energy footprint with costs or $0.0392/kwh and generation that is 50% nuclear for reduced carbon emissions.
