Relevant qualifications & certifications (Please list certification authority + dates): Rick Roberts has worked extensively in the mission-critical facility, facility management, and construction industries and has more than 13 years of global data center design, project engineering, and project management experience. Rick has over 20 years of technology experience with the majority of it being in the Data Center field.

Formerly the Director of Computer Equipment Rooms with Citigroup, he has managed many data centers and has helped design many of their cutting edge facilities. Rick was responsible for the layout, Cabling, Electrical, Cooling and capacity planning of over 140 Data Centers and labs across North America. While with Edward Jones, Rick helped design and managed over 200,000 square feet of data center space throughout the U.S. More recently, as the Director of Data Center Engineering with Allcom Global Services, he has provided design assistance and training as well as end-to-end project support for managers, engineers and clients.

He has completed over 80 infrastructure projects which include 17 new energy savings Data Centers from ground up. He has electrical and cabling contacts throughout North America and abroad. Rick holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems as well as several certifications in Data Center designs. Rick also served in the United States Air Force working in the Telecommunications field.
