- Steven is a 15 year veteran in Information Technology, having held numerous management positions. Currently responsible for the day to day operations of the Bloomberg NJ Data Center. The environment is uniquely dynamic, changing rapidly and routinely to meet emerging trends and market forces. Steve remains a stabilizing force amid uncertainty, providing a consistent direction, unparalleled vision and leadership. He is an agent of change having innovated and introduced praiseworthy data center efforts. He brings intellectual rigor, cool rationale, teamwork and a tireless spirit to the biggest issues facing the data center today. Steve delivered data center efficiency, cost savings, quality, and improved reliability through sometimes controversial and unconventional initiatives.
Working with others is truly Steve's strong suit. It is in the most contentious situations where Steve is at his best. He is able to garner support toward common objectives, negotiate outcomes despite differences, and generate enthusiasm for the mission. He has united IT staff, on-site facilities support, business groups and software developers. Steve gets the best from the operations staff insisting on quality, determination, mindfulness and most of all fun. Steve's indomitable spirit is inspiring to those around him. He creates a lively atmosphere that is both responsive to the needs of the business and the needs of the people who run it.
