Event Description

The 4th annual Data Center Efficiency Summit is being held on Friday, November 18 at IBM Almaden Research Center. This event is an ongoing partnership between Silicon Valley Leadership Group, California Energy Commission, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. This year's event will feature case studies, expert speakers, and workshops on best practices and emerging technologies for data center efficiency and green IT. 
At this event attended approximately by 500 people each year, data center operators will present case studies on their efficiency projects as well as sharing actual results and ROI figures. Presentations cover both IT optimization and facilities related energy efficiency improvements that increase data center efficiency.
There is a call for papers with a deadline of Sept 30. For more information, visit SVLG website.
