Benchmarking Data centers

I want to elaborate a business model/business plan for implementing a data center in Morocco aimed for client in the financial and banking world (compliances with Sarbanes-Oxley and Bale II), and I need some benchmarkings.

I wonder if you could help me find the right ones with the right benchmarking criteria (are these OK : revenue, market share, ranking, growth perspectives, main customers, products and services offered, location, area, fees, ...)

What are you trying to benchmark. The client or the Data Centre???

Are you trying to consider if the client should build a Data Center?

In fact I'm studying the opportunity for a major IT actor in Morocco (my employer) to build and operate a data center specific to the finance and banking activity (compliances with SOX and Bale II)

I m trying to benchmark the Data centers, I have a list of data centers, most of them are north american (Equinix, Digital Realty Trust, Dupond Fabros, Savvis, Fortrust, Switch And Data, Telehouse, Belgacom, Interxion, Orange Business Services, CoreSite, ...).

I'm benchmarking the following criteria :
Revenue, market share, banking and financial market share, number of employees, ranking, growth perspectives, main clients (banking and others), global area, service offer, fees per service.
