Am aware of 2 such DCs .. both built by British Petroleum. They are called :-
AMDC - Americas Mega DC
EMDC - Europe Mega DC...

I was closely involved in the procurement and execution of the DC at both locations.

The AMDC is not a single location, but two sites, plus two dark sites and all these sites are connected with a fully-meshed fibre network (OC-48s?).

Between August 2001 and November 2006, I managed five Data Centers in the western suburbs of Chicago. The major one of these five was the BP Naperville Data Center which was going to be migrated into the AMDC North, located near downtown Chicago. The AMDC North had a "dark site" which was located in Westmont, IL. The AMDC South was located in the Houston area, near Bush International Airport, and its dark site is also located in the Houston area at a location that I cannot remember.

I was told by people working on the project that the AMDC North facility was approximately 30,000 sq ft.

Microsoft Chicago Data Center:

Size= approximately 730,000 sq ft
Power = 120 MW
No. of Servers: 600,000 to 800,000 physical severs

I was the first Data Center Manager of this Data Center.

Switch Communications in Las Vegas has built a 407,000 sq facility refered to as "NAP 5", they boast the site as to be the most energy efficent and the highest denisty in the nation!
