No regular post today, but a small announcement. A while back I had the idea of interviewing members of this network and putting the results on this page. Well, recently I finally followed up the idea and began to send some mails. The reason is that we are just that: a community. And getting to know
each other is part of that. Don't worry, everyone who is not interested
is still free to lurk away here.

Some of you have already replied, so I am happy to tell you that as of next week, we will be publishing the interviews instead of one 'regular' blog post. I am hoping to get one per week going.

But you can of course help me. If you are interested in being interviewed, or you know someone with a very interesting story, please contact me by PM! Chances are I will call you.

Just one thing: for editorial reasons, I like to do the interviews with people who are on the operational or facilitary side of data centers (both technical and management). Sorry marketeers and sales reps, we do very much like you and want you to stick around (and many of you do have a wealth of knowledge I am sure), but it would be nice to focus a bit on the nitty-gritty sides of data center management.
