Generating a revenue model for a datacenter is complex and multi -tiered. First, you need to outline the services that you are offering, after that, you have to put down the kind of infrastructure that you propose to have. once this is in place, you will be able to create a revenue model for a datacenter. As with benchmarking, which covers physical attributes, services (and thus costing) is a rather fluid area.
